Hello, I am needing to find a Washington State Real Estate Attorney who specializes in wholesaling. I would like to schedule a consultation asap and do a document review.

I need an attorney who is immediately available because I have deals coming in and need my agreements (P&S and Assignment) to be customized to Washington State.

An attorney that specialized in wholesaling would starve!

A RE attorney that deals with contracts as opposed to landlord/tenant matters should suffice.

I use the NWMLS PSA, crossing out and initialing 'Not' in the assignable clause.

My assignment agreement is simple and advises the buyer to seek legal advice, as it is my form.  Something like 'For value received, I ____  assign my interest in The Agreement dated ____ between me and seller at this address...
