Here are the month over month stats for February 2020 vs. February 2021. Median home price increases are double digits in all four counties along the Wasatch Front.

Thanks for posting this Alan. Those are huge increases YoY and great news for everyone who bought pre-2020. Apparently the SLC market will continue to grow and out-perform my expectations.
