new construction or subdivisions in and around kaysville utah

I was looking for some information on any new subdivisions popping up or land around Kaysville Utah that is going to be developed in the future or anything of this type. Also if anyone has any recommendations on builder to work with in that area as well that would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
