Looking for an investor friendly realtor in Saint George Area

I have been thinking about MTR in Saint George area and looking for an investor friendly realtor around that area. I've been actively searching an opportunity and would like to get some help to get more info.

    Shoot me a DM.  I worked with a realtor in the area that helped us with STRs that we liked.  He was an investor himself so had lots of good info on the area and was good at finding investor specific properties.  I assume he would be good for MTR as well.

    We used Holly Bouck  as our agent - she focuses on STRs, and would probably know MTRs also.
