Seguin is generally a lower end rental market. Most renters will be looking for somewhere to stay that costs them around $800/mo or less. Keep this in mind when pursuing potential properties there. It is a great market to flip houses as there is very little competition, you can still get deals for <70% of ARV-repairs, and it's a short drive from San Antonio.
