Hey my fellow Houston Real Estate Experts, please drop a real estate statistic or fact about our city that would get others excited about investing here.
What part of Houston? I’ve search in and around the loop and the prices are way too high.
Prices are too high relative to what? I've paid $150k/door inside the loop on properties that are doing great. I've paid $40k/door outside the loop for properties that are prodding along. All depends on the rent income you get relative to that $ and the work required to keep it coming.
