How Do You Find Business Owner Info

Hello,

I am trying to find the owner of a commercial property but it is inside a corporation that is inside a corporation service company. This is also similar to the details being handled by a law office. Do you guys know any ways to get through or around this? The number that I get when I reach this dead end usually goes to the law office or corporate service company that handles the LLC that owns the property (I know that was complicated) and they will take a message for the owner but I know I'm better off throwing my phone in the shredder at that point. Any help?

Could you call one of the realtors who was the buyer or seller agent from the last transaction?

Could you go see the property manager of the property and see if you can get it from them?

Could you get it from a tenant?

Can you see if they own other properties and get it from any of those people of those properties.

Not sure it will work in this case if they're using an agent for their corp, but fairly often I can take their corporate address and reverse search it to get other real names.

@Cindy Lin That's right, however, when their directors or officers are one of the parties that I described above how do you go about finding their contact if its shielded like that.

If you have the name of the company, see if you can find them on the Texas comptroller's office https://mycpa.cpa.state.tx.us/coa/search.do (or similar state website). There should be a link to their directors and officers. That could give you more information to find the owner.
