Hey guys just wanting to see the opinions of BP on what the best ways to pull Tax delinquent records and Pre-foreclosure lists in San Antonio are.

Hey @Jason Jinks you have to put in the date range of the properties. BUT you have to know about foreclosures in Texas to know what date range to put in.

Foreclosures in Texas happen on the 1st Tuesday of the month. The trustee foreclosing has to post 21 days before the sale. SO you have to look search the dates that are AFTER the last cutoff date and 21 days or more before the first Tuesday of the next month.

Kinda confusing.

Today is August 8. First tuesday was August 6. July 16 was the cutoff for August 6. I would search from July 17 to today for the September 3 sale. Keep doing this until August 13 (which is 21days before September 3). After August 13 you are searching for the properties that will happen in October.
