Newbie...need a lot loan

I've been listening to Bigger Podcasts, but am new to posting.   We are buying a home and an adjacent lot.  We need a lot loan.  So far UFCU is the only one we found that allows us to put 10% down.

I was hoping to find a lender that offers a 10 or 15 year loan that is amortized over 30 years.  So a short loan with a balloon payment at the end.

Any suggestions?

Or any preferred lot lenders?
