Looking to start a solo 401k to purchase some properties in. I would like a referral to someone who deals with financial planning for RE investors. It seems like everyone I talk to locally, in Waco, does not understand it.
Are you looking for a tax attorney, a financial planner, or a 401k or IRA provider? Perhaps all of the above? It is not uncommon to have to seek providers outside of your area when looking into these specialized fields.
