I am planning BRRRR in Lehigh. I'm looking for relationships with experienced rehab contractors in the Lehigh Valley area. Do you know any? If you had a great experience with a contractor, would you please refer them to me.

Hello, I work very closely with a contractor in the Lehigh Valley. He is the best I have ever seen. He cost more than your typical "Craigslist contractor," but every house he has worked on has sold within 2 weeks of listing and sold for more than the asking price. (It also helps to have an outstanding realtor)
