Fellow BP Members: I am looking for some good feedback. I just recently got involved in real estate investing. I have had some early success. I want to continue to learn and grow as an investor hoping to transition to become a real estate developer. Looking for a hard money lender in south central Pa. does anyone have any leads?! Thanks for the feedback in advance.

@Richard Miller I work for a private investment brokerage here in Philly, we have an in-house hard money lender that lends on deals all over the country - even if it's not a deal I supplied you with. They are called Sherman Bridge Lending.

Most commonly utilized program is the 90/10. We fund 90% of the acquisition + rehab and then you come to the table with 10% of that total. 10 - 12% percent interest and 3 points, no pre-payment penalties, differing terms. Direct message me and I'll put you in contact with one of our loan officers!
