Lawton OK What do you know about it?

Hello all. Working on my long distance real estate plan has me looking at Lawton OK. I know this is a military town and there is a Goodyear pant.  Prices seem to be good but it does seem like there are a lot of rentals already.  Does anyone have  any info on this area they can share.
