Has anyone recently worked with the turnkey provider, Missy McCall/Retire with Real Estate?  What was your purchase experience like?  Are they good property managers?  Any preferred alternatives in the Cincinnati/Dayton, Ohio market.

I have had bought 3 properties from her and for the most part went well. But started to find out I was being charged for things not perform and terrible work on top of it. I had them sell one of my properties and what a nightmare.

I had to make a out of town personal visit to the property to find out what was going on. Found out they were charging me top dollar for incomplete work. In that 5 months the market changed and ended up costing me close to 30k. If I would have sold as is, it would have sold quickly and it would have probably sold for the same amount of money. On top of that they treated me like I was bothering them. Avoid them or be sorry!
