Old Asbestos Tile in Basement
I have a duplex in Euclid OH, (Cuyahoga County). the basement has asbestos tile. There are no cracks in it. Anyone have an experience with this? Plan is to cover it with a heavy duty carpet. Im assuming this is a pretty common thing in the area.

Very common. As long as you don't disturb it covering is usually fine. You may want to price out getting it professionally removed at some point though - especially if you plan on selling the building as you typically have to disclose the presence of asbestos. Just easier if it's gone.
