NC Vacant Land contract

I am looking at purchasing some vacant land in North Carolina. The owner is a very small nonprofit who has ties to my family, so we aren’t going to use any RE agents.

I’ve noticed there is a North Carolina vacant land contract, but I don’t have access to it as a Texas real estate agent.

  1. Do I need an agent to complete this form?
Is there a way to get a copy of the most up today form?
  2. Is it okay to complete the form as an outside agent? Or should I create a simple contract for purchase?
