Hello NY group,

After over a year of heavy study, research, reading and overall learning the REI processes I need to make movement in purchasing my first deal.

I am looking to meetup with anyone locally at newly acquired buy & hold properties, renovate and hold properties.. or even prospective properties under contract or flips in process.
