Hello NY group,

After over a year of heavy study, research, reading and overall learning the REI processes I need to make movement in purchasing my first deal.

I am looking to meetup with anyone locally at newly acquired buy & hold properties, renovate and hold properties.. or even prospective properties under contract or flips in process. From post title you can see I am a licensed architect with residential and commercial experience. I will make most Fridays open throughout the summer. Let's chat and connect. Thanks!

NYC is always my first choice for investing If your looking outside of the city....newburgh is worth a look.   

We could use an architect in my market. We have a lot going on. I know a few dozen investors that are doing multiple flips, buy and hold. Airbnb in Newburgh.
