I'm a wind energy engineer with a few real estate deals done, moving to the White Plains area, and looking to learn about REI, and house hack into another deal. Condos seem to be the way to go in the area? Any suggestions for location? Is a 2bedroom an ideal unit? What neighborhoods should be considered/avoided?
