Real estate Advice (managing,investment)

Hi guys,

Question asked for the umpteenth time(probably). I currently work in underwriting and valuations and have experience mostly with commercial properties. Whats troubles me- I don't know much about managing properties or dealing hands-on (acquisitions, negotiations). I wonder if there's someone here who wouldn't mind having someone help them out with any of these tasks. I'm sure I can contribute in many ways. Thanks all.
