Referrals for Jersey Shore - Cape May County

I am seeking referrals for Real Estate Agents and Property Management Companies in the Jersey Shore - Cape May County area.  Any referrals would be welcome.

I would also love some advice on which to engage with first - Property Management Company or Real Estate Agent when seeking a property to buy for rental income.
