Looking for handyman in Atlantic City / Ventnor NJ

Good morning everyone. I am looking for a reliable handyman who can support small to mid-sized projects at my short-term rental properties. Tasks include replacing smoke alarms, window screens, mounting TVs, assembling furniture... light carpentry and/or painting skills are a plus. Please let me know if you have anyone to recommend.
