Wholesaling in New Jersey

I been an investor in NJ for about 2 years work full time in NYC . My wife and I brought our first investment property which we “hack”. Majority of my business though is the strategy of wholesaling. I closed a deals (checks are awesome) but not consistently. My goal is 3-5 deals per month consistently. So my question is : Are any investors that use wholesaling as a strategy in NJ been consistently doing 3-5 deals a month, if so I would love to sit down share my systems, swap ideals so that I can improve. Sharing is caring lol.....

@Sean Jones I'm on most wholesalers email lists with the exception of 2-3 people I can think of none of them seem to be crushing it, as they all have full-time jobs, many of the people with access to great deals in this market are keeping them to themselves. Many of the deals on the wholesaler lists are terrible or even worse daisy chained by an untold amount of people. Perhaps the market is so hot that the deals are being sold without being marketed but I doubt it
