Hey all! I recently joined BP and I'm excited to meet you guys! I'm looking to purchase my first investment property in Trenton, NJ. As a new investor, my focus is buy and hold properties with minor rehab for consistent cash flow. I'd love to connect with investors and realtors in the area and hear about your experiences in this market. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
