Are you asking because you want to buy properties or wholesale them? There's a big difference. If you want to get into wholesaling and want to build lists, ListSource is the best for building lists, but you have to couple the building of your list with as many real estate contacts as you can through REI meetups offline and online. If you are looking to buy off-market and you have cash, then you do want to connect with local wholesalers.
