I am interested in investing in Middletown NJ, 07748- I am currently analyzing in fix and flips/ buy and hold rental property's in this area. The Median Sales price in Middletown is $499,000- with an average price per square ft of $235 which has increase by 5% from this time last year- the Median rent is $2,500.
