I am looking for a licensed exterminator to do an annual prevention spray around a multi-unit building.  Does anyone have a recommendation?  The property is in Englewood, NJ.

Buggin’ Out out of Westwood is good, they do all my pest inspections and treatments on my foreclosure properties.
