Intro & CMA for fellow investors in NJ
My dear fellow NJ RE investor on BP, this is Lee and I am fairly new to real estate investing. After being frustrated working with agents who didn't even know what ARV stands for, I decided to get the RE license to serve my own investing and help fellow investors. Currently, I am licensed in NJ and have access to NJMLS. I am happy to run some CMA for fellow investors (just PM me). Also would like to connect fellow investors in the north NJ area to exchange ideas and help each other to grow. Have a great Friday!

Hi @Jennifer Escobar, since MLS has the most up to date sales data, and MLS access is restricted to licensed agents. It is a good idea have the license to determine the ARV.
