Finding Investor Friendly Brokers

Hey everyone,

I just passed my licensing exam to become a New Jersey real estate salesperson. I wanted to find out if anyone knows of any investor friendly brokers in South Jersey? (Outside of Philadephia)

If anyone has any recommendations or advice for finding a broker, please share. I have already met with a few brokers already but would like to interview more of them, that are investor-friendly. I would greatly appreciate any kind of feedback.

Thanks for your time!

Congratulations on passing your exam! I'm taking the class to get my license at the end of this month, so I'm also interested in find a local (I'm in Collingswood), investor-friendly broker. My plan, as I'm guessing you've already done, is to call around and talk to different brokers. If I find any good matches I'll be sure to let you know.

Also, you may try stopping by an SJREIA meeting and networking there. Most of the investors are licensed, and I'm sure they would not mind referring their broker to you.
