New Hampshire STR agent recommendations?

Hi BP community!hoping you folks can help me out.

I am new to STR and am looking for any solid recommendations for an agent specializing in STR purchases in New Hampshire. Looking around lakes region or white mtns. I am looking for an agent specializing in STR in NH specifically due to all the regulations and potential changes to local ordinances.

Any agents you would recommend to a friend, specializing in STR would be very much appreciated!

Hi John,

I’ve done several deals for STR clients in the lakes region. Like you said it is very important to be aware of local ordinances since some areas are cracking down on STRs. Even if there is a town I’m unfamiliar with, my team has a lot of experience in the Lakes Region and White Mountains as well, and reaching out to the town boards individually is fairly easy. I would love to help you out.
