Looking to Invest in Springfield MO based in Orange County, CA

Greetings BP community,

My name is Gabe and i'm a newbie to the BiggerPockets forum and this happens to be my first post.

I am getting started in my real estate investing career and would like to get more information in this market. I'm looking to get in touch with contacts that know this market well. I've done my research on Springfield, but would like to know more from actual boots in the ground and can help me do my due diligence. I'd like to get in contact with some reliable real estate agents, lenders, contractors and property management around this area. I'm looking for single family or multi-family 2-4 units. I've been researching different strategies and I'm open to flipping and BRRRR.

I'm eager to get into the real estate investing world. Any tips or guidance would be truly appreciated.

Thanks,

Gabe
