Something is happening in St. Clair Shores
Been tracking zip codes closely since COVID hit and have noticed a huge divergence in listing activity in St Clair Shores. People are starting to dump properties there for some reason. You would think there would be similar activity in the areas that most closely comp to SCS, but not yet. It's at the point now where like 60-70% of the daily listings in Macomb County in that $150k-$200k price range are from SCS and that shouldn't be the case (not even close). Something odd is bubbling..
Anybody else notice similar oddities over the last couple of weeks?
