Hi Lansing

I am an out of town investor who will be growing my portfolio in Lansing in the coming months. I have been using a property management company for a couple of my duplexes for a few years but I would like to get some recent reviews for which of the following companies might be best to move forward with:

Renaissance Property Management

DS Huber Properties

First choice

I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has experiences with any of these companies- good or otherwise.  Reliability?  Value for service? Fair maintenance fees?  Quick and stable tenant placement?

Also, am I missing any other recommended options?   Please feel free to PM me.

Many thanks!  Tina
