Resources for estimating water, snow/lawn, electrical costs?
Hello,
I am wondering if anyone has any good resources for estimating these costs. Or seeing historical data of these costs, at least for water and electrical. Specifically in Clinton MA.
Thanks,
Aaron

Septic systems in MA are designed for 110 gallons per day per bedroom. This is a very conservative estimate but can be used to get an idea of water/sewer usage over the year. This website gives rates of mass towns for water/sewer:

Most rates are given on the town's website as $/CF. The conversion is 7.48 GAL = 1 CF
