Anyone use Endeavor Capital in Boston?

Question

I work all around Boston, South Boston and Dorchester and do a lot of driving.  I've seen a lot of triple deckers with an Endeavor sign out front.  They are a hard money lender based out of Boston.  Anyone on here ever used them?

Dorchester is where I specialize in, but I have to admit I have not heard of them. I also don't think a lot of hard money lenders put signs out front like commercial lenders do.

Well, I haven't borrowed from them, but we used to refer deals back and forth because they don't cover the whole geography that I do.  They are on the expensive side, and be sure to ask about back end fees.

I used them for a bridge loan on an auction purchase. I had a good experience, there were title issues on the property that they / their legal team remediated. They were on the expensive side (think we ended at 12% interest / 2.5 points) as  mentioned. Happy to answer any more specific questions you might have - just send me a note.

@John Menton I haven't used them, but Chris and them came pretty well recommended by another investor I know. Sometimes the opportunity to build a relationship can be worth the additional cost of borrowing.

@John Menton  We actually are picking up a lot of business in MA for borrowers and I know of Endeavor from when I used to run my brokerage company.  We have switched over to lending directly.  Feel free to shoot me a personal message if you want to continue the conversation regarding your question.
