Hello Everyone - Introducing myself to the Community

Hello everyone,

I want to introduce myself to the real estate investing community in Massachusetts, and I'm really excited to get to know you and learn from you all!  To tell you a little bit about myself, I graduated from college in 2015, and I'm currently in my second year of teaching - I'm not sure if it's for me...  I'm also getting my masters in education, but I'm really not sure if I want to teach anymore, but I'm still getting my masters since it's basically a steal from BU based on what I have to pay.  

Nevertheless, I'm 23 and I want to get started on investing now, so I can live pretty freely in the future.  I've purchased the BiggerPockets book on 'Rental Property Investing' and I'm hoping to start investing or purchasing my first house this year.  

I would love any advice or suggestions from you all!
