Investors and Realtors in Southern MD

I'm a newly licensed RE agent in MD and looking to network with fellow realtors and investors in the area. I've lived in Montgomery County but recently moved to Calvert county and have very few contacts outside of my wife's network. 

After doing some research, it looks like SOMDREIG is the most prominent REIA in the area. I'm looking to meet like-minded people and grow my network within Calvert and St Mary's county. If you're familiar with the area, please advise. Thanks!
