This is how I found my Contractors!

YELP!!  It's that simple.  No need to go into a long intro.  YELP has been my source.  I found my Mold Remediation company, which by the way, did a great job and the lowered their price to exactly what I wanted to pay.  Perhaps because I said that I'll write a good review for them.  Also found a roofer who came in way under the competition plus his reviews were solid and his work matched those reviews. He is going to install my windows and once again he is beating all the other quotes.  I'm thinking about buying my windows from Castle Wholesaler in Baltimore and then simply have him to install them rather than paying $4500 for 12 windows.  I'm just hoping to get the window measurements right.  Found my mason also on YELP and his prices are about average.  Now, I've built a relationship with those guys I've asked for recommendations for other services that I need.

Let me know what you think and how you find your contractors.
