LLC Registration Question
Hi everyone. I was previously the sole proprietor of one LLC in Aurora CO and it's currently listed as delinquent. However, seeing as I'm no longer in that city and instead up in Pueblo, I was wondering what the legal and financial consequences might be if I just ignore it and set up another one entirely. Do I need to go back and resolve it before I can get back to business?
