Real estate investor meeting first timer

My business partner and I are new investors. We have one LTR under contract and are currently managing it ourselves, and have placed a good offer on a second property recently.

We are attending our very first real estate investor meet up this coming Tuesday and are wondering what we should expect.

I personally would like to go to this meeting with a laundry list of questions and try to get as much feedback as possible but I have been told it might be best to keep it simple and just sit back, listen, and absorb

For those of you who are veterans of the meet up community, what do you like to see from the newcomers?
