My business partner and I are new investors. We have one LTR under contract and are currently managing it ourselves, and have placed a good offer on a second property recently.

We are attending our very first real estate investor meet up this coming Tuesday and are wondering what we should expect.

For those of you who are veterans of the meet up community, what do you like to see from the newcomers?
