Flat list FSBO with buyers agent

I am selling FSBO with a flat list fee. I want to offer 1.5% to the buyers agent. Would you show the house knowing you would get 1.5% (roughly $8,000) if that is too low, what is the minimum you'd show a house for? I want to be realistic but don't understand why I should pay more for a simple transaction.
