Joint Venture how to set one up
I have already purchased a house and have done some work. My question is do I do a 50/50 split or just a percentage on rehab money that I need. Have heat and cool, plumbing and electrical done and inspected.
PP: $40,000
Rehab:$24,00
ARV: $105,300
