Paying for quality services

I have been working on my blog for sometime and, like everone else, have been over whelmed by "great offers" on how to improve my traffic, backlinks and so on.
Question-if I were to spend appprox $50-100 per month, what are some businesses out there that actually deliver. If anyone out there in the real estate industry has had a positive experience and feel that their money was well spent please let me know? All suggestions welcome!
