Best way to get an LLC

So I've been doing some research for getting my LLC. What I have found is pretty AWESOME but I want to know what are the best steps to take in order to do this.

I live in Indiana but I want to get an LLC from Nevada.......Why you ask? The laws in Nevada are a lot stronger for an LLC then in my State, so in case something where to happen in or on one of my future properties I will be protected.

So What steps do can I take?
