"Advanced" Investing Training - Mentorship, Coaching, etc...
Hello Bigger Pockets!
I am a real estate investor in the beautiful state of South Carolina. So far, I've been focusing on fix and flip investing and, while making a few mistakes, am doing pretty well. But... I know there's more. There are lots of people that are so much more efficient and effective in their investing business that would be incredible to learn from. Can anyone recommend a good coaching or mentoring program for a slightly more experienced investor (not saying I even know all the basics, but I have a decent foundation) and am just wondering, "what's next?" and "where should I be taking this thing?". I'm happy to pay for coaching or trade for mentorship. I seem to be decent at consistently finding deals, even in this crazy, seller's market.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks,
Dan

Daniel,
Two options come to mind.
Coachchadcarson.com I think is Chad Carson's website. He takes on a small number of students each year. He lives in Clemson. He is a honest guy and isn't going to charge you 50k.
The other option is noon the Upstate CREIA real estate club (Chad is a member as am I).
There are plenty of advanced topics taught throughout the year and additional seminars provided at a low cost. There are also multiple focus groups that meet that are included with membership.
It is also a great place to network.
