Foreclosure Files

So my boyfriend likes to watch that incredibly lame house hunters show at night - you know, when the first time homebuyer couple goes to look at three houses and....bite your nails now!!...which will they choose???? We have the fight all the time- I just want to watch forensic files cause that other show sucks...

Anyway...I was thinking the other day of what a fantastic show the "foreclosure files" would be.

It's a reality show. The camera swoops in on that family a few days before the bank takes over the house. The place is a wreck already and they're STRESSING. We watch as the they tell their sob story and field last minute calls from investors, and fight with their family and curse out the bank. Then it's the day before and as they're leaving they turn on all the faucets, and kick holes in the walls and doors, and remove everything humanly possible, cause they are MAD!!
Then the bank takes over the house. The house looks like hell. The investors and the first timers looking for great deals check the place out. You watch their comments. Then they put in their lowball offers...the nail biting begins....weeks later the bank comes back with an answer....and we have a winner!!!

Wouldn't that make for some great tv?
