Anyone know of a good contractor in Tallahassee?

Just purchased a property in Tallahassee. We need some work done and are looking for a good contractor in the FSU area.

What type of work do you need done? roofing, ac, plumbing, carpentry/siding?

      I know several good contractors. What is the scope of work?

    BEDROOM ONE:

    • Build a new wall
    • Check window are for leak, subfloor looks wet

    BEDROOM TWO:

    • Replace the sub floor

    MASTER BEDROOM:

    • Move electrical panel
    • New walls around the large master bedroom closet replaced due to water leak from AC
    • Replace subfloor because of AC leak causing wood rot

    MASTER BATHROOM:

    • Replace subfloor in master bathroom
    • Remove window from master bathroom
    • Add a vent fan to master bathroom
    • Add plumbing for another sink in old closet and replace subfloor due to wood rot
    • Move plumbing from shower and toilet around.

    KITCHEN:

    • Add recessed lighting
    • Move AC vent

    WATER HEATER CLOSET:

    • Make a new door for the water heater, which will now face the back door
    • Remove light switch for old laundry room

    OLD LAUNDRY ROOM:

    • Built in shelves. On the top, it will be open, and on the bottom, it will be closed with a cabinet door.

    HALLWAY:

    • Remove vent fan and patch the hole
    • Make hallway light switch one instead of two
    • Replace ceiling drywall, has mold

    LIVINGROOM:

    • Ceiling fan electrical added to the center of the room
    • Remove four recessed lights

    FRONT/BACK DOORS:

    • Reframe doors with new wood

    DECK:

    • Fix front deck
    • Build new back deck

    NEW OUTDOOR LAUNDRY ROOM:

    • Add plumbing and electrical for outdoor plumbing
    • Reframe and drywall the room

    PAINT:

    • Exterior of home

    I've got a couple different recommendations for the various scopes I will DM you. @Siye Baker when are you coming back to tally so we can grab lunch?? Siye will have good contacts for you as well as he is the man when it comes to contracting, but he won't come back to Tally to do work.
