Looking for a brokerage to join
I have an active broker's license that I am looking to hang at a smaller real estate brokerage in the Arlington Heights area. Ideally, a firm that may have some specialization in investment or distressed properties. I have a full time day job as an asset manager for an apartment developer in Chicago. Looking to be able to act as my own agent and view available properties in the area while also adding value to the firm in a limited capacity.
Looking for suggestions from the BP community.
Thanks.
