Hey everyone, I'm looking at purchasing some property in the Saint Marys or Kingsland area around Kings Bay Naval base.  Has anyone had success investing in this area?

I think it is so funny I stumbled upon this thread.  I lived in the unit to the right of you and now rent it out, I met Jordan because he was renovating the middle unit and he helped me buy my next house.
