Investing in Labelle, Florida

Hello,

Does anyone have been in Labelle, Florida lately? It's roughly 40 minutes east of Fort Myers. Looks like a lot of new developments are going up there, rents seem to be reasonably high. A bit remote overall but when it develops over the next couple of years possibly great rental opportunities and good potential for appreciation.

Any feedback / opinions would be appreciated.
