I am looking to build up my references within the city.

Can anyone recommend a good electrician, roofer and HVAC company in Jacksonville?

You should join the free Facebook group "Yellowbird Connect"  It's dedicated to real estate investors here in Jax.  There are many recommendations for all types of contractors.
